1 Definitions and Interpretation

2 Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any service provided by bkb33. Access to the Platform and use of its services is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all forms of gaming and betting available on bkb33, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any future product verticals added to the Platform. Acceptance of these terms is ongoing — your continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on bkb33. The existence of more than one account registered to the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment method identifiers, or device fingerprints — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bkb33 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold any balances or bonuses without prior notice.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid contact details, and active mobile financial service account details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

4 Account Security and Responsibility

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bkb33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select domestic bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method, which are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bkb33 is ৳100. There is no minimum deposit requirement for subsequent deposits, subject to the payment method's own minimum transfer threshold. Deposits are credited to the player's bkb33 wallet in real time following confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. bkb33 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to fund the account, and only to an account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the bonus-derived portion of a balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.5 Currency and Fees

All account balances, bets, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in BDT. bkb33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, fees charged by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) are outside bkb33's control and remain the Player's responsibility.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual promotion terms. 6.4 Abuse of Promotions

bkb33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk hedging across multiple outcomes, placing bets only on games with minimal house edge for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming.

7 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on bkb33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. Sports betting markets are governed by the sports betting rules published in the Help section of the Platform. Casino games are governed by the rules embedded in each individual game supplied by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Play'n GO, etc.).

bkb33 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where a technical fault has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed. In the event of a technical interruption during a live casino session or crash game round, the applicable provider's rules govern the outcome. Where no provider rule addresses the specific scenario, bkb33's decision is final.

Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. 8 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bkb33 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other Players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.

Where bkb33 identifies prohibited activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold account balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

bkb33 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of bkb33's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkb33's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

bkb33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

bkb33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses caused by service interruptions, technical faults, or connectivity issues that are outside its reasonable control, including failures of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other third-party payment providers.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bkb33 arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. bkb33's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of game rules, bonus terms, and account conduct is final and binding in the absence of clear evidence of error.

Nothing in this clause limits bkb33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms, particularly in relation to intellectual property infringement or fraud.
